If you would like a2bTV to program your DVR for you, we would be happy to do so. There are two ways to deliver this request. You may fill out the form below, or email us at dvr@a2btv.com. We will make every effort to program your DVR before your requests are available on TV, however, a2bTV cannot guarantee that the next program will be available in your DVR. Simply let us know what shows or type of shows you want us to tape and we will program them for you. Do you like Steven Spielberg movies? Let us know and we will tape them for you. Want us to tape your college's football or basketball games, just ask. We understand that many of our customers are busy executives and may not have the time to do it themselves. We are here to make sure that when you do have time to watch TV, it is the best possible experience for you and your family.
Additionally, please be aware that some programs may conflict with others that are already stored in your DVR. It is our policy to leave existing programs on your DVR unless you request us to remove them. If a program will not record due to a conflict, we will let you know, and you can decide which program to keep. |
